NSF FEES

$40 per returned item beginning Summer session 2016. If you have a check returned for any reason, we may not accept checks from you in the future. We accept credit and debit cards to clear up past due amounts, including NSF fees, over the phone.

OTHER LEAGUES

League Operators / Owners of non-APA leagues are not eligible to compete in APA Atlanta division play, playoffs, or any special events or promotion. APA League Operator can review and grant exceptions to this policy under rare circumstances.

DIVISION REPS

APA Atlanta Division Reps should represent APA only. While we encourage players to play as much as possible, out Reps should exclusively promote APA leagues to both members and non-members.

UNPAID MEMBERSHIPS

Regarding membership dues. Memberships are due the first night the player plays. There is no ‘grace period’. Memberships can be paid with your weekly sheets, by credit card over the phone, sending memberships to our office directly, or online after claiming your account at poolplayers.com.

If a player’s membership has not been received in the office before week 5 scoresheets are printed, player and team will be subject to:

1. Player being dropped from team roster and membership owed will be added to team and player name.

2. Any points earned any week player played will be removed.

 3. Penalty points equal to the maximum points player could have won that week (3 points in 8 ball and 20              points in 9 ball) will be assessed to the team.

IMPORTANT – Paying membership during or after week 5 makes the player eligible to be re-added to the roster, however, any points removed or assessed will not be altered.

Tip: If you have an unpaid player or your roster, the team can pay the membership and collect the funds from your teammate at a later time. This will prevent a possible loss of points and/or eligibility to higher level tournaments.
